Meet the wonderful people waiting to serve you at Cabo Realty Pros
I’m Broker/Owner of Cabo Realty Pros and have enjoyed working with both buyers and sellers for over 15 years and still think mine is the best job on earth! Originally from Illinois (University of Chicago) my husband Bob and I have had the good fortune to live in many cities and towns across the USA but fell in love with Cabo and decided to make it our permanent home. To this day, we believe that it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. We share our home with three little tyrants, Boston Terriers Daisy Fay, Betsey Ross and rescued Pug Butch, who almost have us trained. In addition to spending time with the family I enjoy the beach, cooking, reading and playing cards with friends.
L.A.E.T. Carlos Xolalpa Estevez
After graduating from University in Guadalajara with a degree in Business Administration, Carlos returned home to Los Cabos, where he has a very large extended family. He and his wife Mariellos are blessed with two sons: Diego, age 10, and Bruno, age 5. In addition to spending time with family Carlos plays American Flag Football on the Cabo Marlins team, and is a rabid fan of the New England Patriots. An excellent chef, Carlos cooked our team to a first place finish at the Cabo Rib Off. As administrator for Cabo Realty Pros, Carlos’ job is to help expedite your transaction and assist in any way that’s needed.
After a lengthy career with IBM we changed our home in 2005 from Victoria, BC. to Cabo San Lucas. The original attractions were climate and needed lifestyle changes. Initially through the Cabo Church we became immersed in the local communities meeting the needs of local families. We began assisting with feeding programs broadening into the coordination and receiving of large mission teams desiring to serve the needs in Los Cabos. My path was then directed to Casa Hogar, a boy’s orphanage, where I spent 5 wonderful years being blessed by some very special boys before dedicating more of my time to Cabo Realty Pros. For me the personal relationships must be the priority or nothing else works.
Commissioner of Cute
Betsey takes her responsibilities as executive in charge of morale very seriously and makes sure that every who comes to the office gets a proper greeting. Her other duties involve lots of petting and lap-sitting. Obviously these are important and strenuous tasks so you can often find her napping on her bed in the work room. She balances her real estate career with continuing studies at Ciudad Canina Daycare. She will be happy to see you whenever you visit our offices.

Born in Mexico City, raised in the Chicago area and now residing in Cabo San Lucas; I understand the numerous variables that pertain to moving such as the climate, culture, and diversity. Moving our family back to Mexico with three Middle School and High School aged teens was an adventure. and I know the uncertainty and questions that come to mind when making such a decision.
